She's beginning to experience symptoms that suggest she might need medical care. She has a mild fever and started coughing this morning.

Where does she go?

Through this crisis, the risk of visiting urgent care or a hospital feels overwhelming to her.  However, she needs medical care today.

Our Cause
In response to COVID-19, Healthy In My Community is helping Americans find and afford safe medical care. We connect at-risk individuals with local physicians who provide telemedicine care in an effort to reduce the spread of infection, reduce the burden on our medical systems, and to serve those who do not know where to turn.

We are a passion project. A community of donors and care-takers united by a common thread - a desire to be human, to be united, and to restore healthy communities to our nation.

 Hospitals are overwhelmed and many clinics are unsafe. The most vulnerable populations - the elderly, families with young children, and immune-compromised individuals are left with the decision whether to expose themselves to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or leave their other medical conditions un-cared for.

How we're helping:
In every community that we can, we connect with a local doctor who can help provide care. Our team creates a local awareness campaign for every physician that chooses to help. Individuals searching for care are connected with a physician who can help through telemedicine care.

Part of our funds go toward creating and investing into the campaigns that make it possible to connect with individuals searching for care.
