CayvinLewis Bernard Acosta

Cayvinlewis Bernard Acosta was born on 8/3/2014 and God called him home 10/29/2018 at the precious age of 4 due to heart failure. Since birth he had been fighting for his life. He was born with a heart condition and also had asthma. He has had 3 open heart  surgeries in which the last one was in July 2018. His 4th Birthday was celebrated at Westchester Medical Center. He was such a wonderful little boy whose smile could light up a room. 

I’m asking friends and family members to help me help his family with the expenses for his funeral service. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
