It is inconceivable to be sharing the devastating news that my family has suddenly lost a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and friend.

Our beloved Ruth was senselessly and tragically taken away from us on Tuesday November 2nd, 2021. While in her home, my grandmother(Ruth) was murdered and later found by my little brother, when he returned home from school.

This GoFundMe has been created to raise funds to assist with the unexpected funeral expenses, security and to help support the Humphries family.

Ruth was well loved by everyone who knew her. She was such a special lady and the sudden loss of her is felt deeply by many. If you were blessed enough to know my grandmother(Ruth), you would know what a beautiful and kindhearted soul she was. She was such a loving, generous, and giving person.

While we know that no words or finances can fill the void that is now left following the loss of our grandmother, we just hope that we can at least relieve a bit of the financial pressure for our family as we navigate this unimaginable tragedy.
