Hi I’m Freddy Wilde. I’m 14 years old and I’m the son of Lisa Wilde (@bowelcancerandme). My mum was diagnosed with bowel cancer 3 years ago and sadly it has spread so she is now stage 4. I am running 100km this month (in July) to raise money for my mums vital life saving treatments and medication. This is so important to stop her cancer progressing so she can be with us for as long as possible. Currently she takes over 100 pills a day, receives intravenous medication every two weeks in the UK and goes to Spain every 3 weeks for a week to get the new cutting edge treatments.
