Hi everyone, as some of you may know our very good friend and coworker, Russ Starner, suffered from a stroke on the morning of 7/8/17. He was promptly transported to Florida Hospital East and testing began, which found cranial bleeding and evidence of a stroke.
He has limited mobility on the left side of his body but with an intense couple of weeks of physical and speech therapy at an inpatient facility we are more than confident that he will regain the majority of his motor function.
As we all know, Russ is an amazing person who has overcome so much adversity - he won't let this slow him down!
Russ has a very long road ahead of him but he also has an AMAZING group of friends that he considers family and that care so very much for him.
ANYthing you are able to contribute will be so helpful to him as he is unable to work during this time. Let's help him get the very best care we can and get him back to that wonderful, hilarious, fun-loving trainer and coach that we all know and love!
