Robert and Amy's rebuild

My name is Denae Moon, Robert and Amy are my very close friends and I wanted to help them out with funds for rebuilding their home that was flooded during hurricane Harvey. Amy and Robert lost everything they have worked so hard to have from hurricane Harvey. Robert works in the chemical plant industry and Amy is a school teacher. On Saturday Aug. 26, water started to flood into their home in Dickinson Tx. They worked hard trying to keep it out but the rain was relentless. Knowing that they didn't have flood insurance, they spent the night in their home hoping for the best and woke up to over two feet of water throughout their home the next morning. They had to be rescued by boat and taken to higher ground, then walked 3-5 miles through the waters with their two dogs Lucy and Henry and a few things they could grab quickly before leaving their home, to get to family to take them by car to a safe place. These are two of the sweetest people I know and I am here to help them as much as I can. I've started this page for them so that they could have some hope to their long road to rebuilding their home. The money will be used towards materials for rebuilding and furnishing their home. If you can help this family in anyway they would be so appreciative of it. Thank you and God bless!!
