Road to Ireland Rugby League

Hi, my name is Kieran Hozack. I’m a 19 year old Irish/South African rugby league player in the UK. This year I have been selected to play for Ireland Students Rugby League in a double header against Scotland in September/October.

After missing out last year due to injury, it’s been a huge goal of mine to make it back for re-selection. Due to a lack of funding in the pathway international programmes, a player contribution is required to be able to make these games happen. For this double header, player contribution and travel is set at £700. It’s a big cost due to the lack of government backing at the age grade levels, so I’m doing whatever I can to make it to Scotland for the 21st of September for our first match.

I would be greatly indebted if you can give any support to help me get there. Even sharing my fund raiser would mean a great deal to me.
