Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital

GOSH do incredible work for thousands of children every year.

I am raising money for the charity because they looked after my 10-week premature twins when they were born, and they received amazing treatment.

THE CHALLENGE: EVERY F45 class on Monday the 25th March. This is the hardest F45 day of the week and it’s full-on Cardio! This is not going to be easy!
