My name is Christopher J. Standish Jr., also known as Standish913, an independent digital creator, interviewer, author of hundreds of ebooks, and the founder of Standish913.com. For years I have built a platform around storytelling, entrepreneurship, entertainment culture, and real life experiences that most people never see behind the scenes.

Now I am working to tell the most personal story of my life through film.

ARE WE IN JAIL? The Documentary is based on my real experience as a legally blind American who says he was wrongfully accused and detained in a foreign country after allegations connected to a supposed Murder For Hire plot involving an ex girlfriend. What started as a normal chapter of my life turned into an international nightmare that changed everything mentally, emotionally, and financially.

This documentary is not just about what happened to me. It is about survival, truth, resilience, and what it means to fight for your name when you feel completely alone in a system you do not understand.

WHY THIS DOCUMENTARY MATTERS

I have shared pieces of this story through my ebook ARE WE IN JAIL? and through my music and online movement, but a full documentary allows the world to see the human side behind the headlines. This film will combine real storytelling and narration, visual recreations and cinematic scenes, music tied to the ARE WE IN JAIL? movement, behind the scenes insight into life as a legally blind creator navigating international legal chaos, and the emotional aftermath and rebuilding process.

My goal is to create something raw, powerful, and honest, not just content, but a lasting record of what I experienced and how I turned pain into purpose.
