Davis Family

Jeremy & Jessica Davis, have three children. Their baby girl was born a little over a week ago. Two days after the baby was born, she had to be taken back to the hospital with jaundice. While there, the mother suffered a brain bleed. If she had not been at the hospital when it happened, according to the doctors, Jessica would have died. She was transferred to Erlanger and had emergency surgery to relieve the pressure on her brain. She was virtually unresponsive and the prognosis was not good. They gave her only a 20% chance of survival.
Meanwhile, her husband Jeremy has had to take a leave of absence from work in order to take care of their new baby and other two children. With help, thankfully, from family members and to be able to drive back and forth between Centre Alabama and Chattanooga to check up on Jessica.
They had purchased a home a few months ago because of their expanding family. Their bills go on. It is hard times for many folks out there these days, but this is one of those special cases where your help, either through money or especially through prayers, can make a huge difference. Originally, because of Jessica's dire condition, it was thought her stay in hospital could be at least 6 weeks. Thankfully, she is actually doing some better and it could be less time. But, it is all still very uncertain when she will be able to come home and when Jeremy can go back to work to provide for their family's finances. He goes back and forth every day for the very short window of visiting with her (4-8 pm now). She is still critical.
