Medical fund for Momo

This is Momo, my very energetic, very talkative, very affectionate but sometimes too clingy 10 year old family cat. He’s gotten very sick within the past few days and was rushed to the emergency veterinary on Sunday for a swollen bladder and blocked urethra that can be fatal. We scraped up enough money to pay for his hospitalization with IV fluid, X-rays, catheters, medications, etc for 2 days but this all came with some bad news the night he stayed as well. The doctor has told us that he has a lot of stones in his bladder which will, in the future, lead to more blockage and having to bring him back to spend $2000 again to do it all over. We were highly recommended to do a cystotomy which is a bladder surgery to remove the stones but this is something we can’t afford last minute.

This is where we ask for your help. The surgery is $3500 alone, with a couple more nights in the hospital with IV, medications and everything that he needs, we are looking at a total of $5000 dollars. All of the funds that we raise will go towards the surgery and all other medical attention Momo needs. The surgeon will be able to perform the procedure on Wednesday or Thursday, which means we would need to raise the total amount in the next few days.
