Residential Treatment for Ben

My son, Ben, is a sweet, compassionate, empathetic, funny, athletic, and smart 12 year old boy.  Ben has also suffered since he was about 3-4 years old with invisible illnesses, mental health issues.  He has been through inpatient and outpatient hospitalizations FIVE times now since 2011 to help deal with his anxiety, depression, ADHD, and now PTSD from a trauma he has kept hidden for years.  He and I are now at the point where we feel he needs more intensive treatment of 1 to 2 months to help him cope with everything that he is going through in his life.  Unfortunately, our home state of Illinois does not offer many quality theraputic options that would deal with his needs, so I am looking for programs out of state.  Even with insurance coverage, these programs would cost us $6000-$10000 to get him the help he not only needs, but also deserves.  Those amounts only cover the cost of the programs and do not include travel expenses to and from treatment and also travel and hotel for when I would go visit him.  While these programs may be in nice places that seem like they would be fun to visit, Ben will be there doing a lot of hard, emotional, draining work to get to the point where he wants to keep living.  We are hoping to have him placed in a program within the next week or two. The sooner we can get him in the right program, the better, so please donate to help me get my son the help that he needs and the desire to want to stay alive.  Any donation, big or small, is a step to help not only my son, but to hopefully help raise awareness of these silent illnesses.
