Reno’s Care for a “Fur-Ever” Home

As many friends of OASIS Farms know, our team member, Rory, recently passed away leaving behind his senior dog, Reno. Reno is a Parson Russel of 13 years. Though still energetic and playful, Reno has never received veterinary care. He requires shots, neutering and extensive dental work before he is able to go to his forever home where he can live out his remaining years.

OASIS Farms of Gaithersburg, MD is a nonprofit, agricultural venue for teens and adults with special needs. Reno and his master lived in the farm house where participants of OASIS delighted in being greeted by this happy little dog on their visits to the farm.

We have a potential adopter for Reno contingent upon completion of the veterinary procedures that, unfortunately, Reno has never received. We were able to procure one donation and discount to offset the medical bills but still need $2,500 to cover Reno’s remaining care costs. Please consider helping us to meet our goal so that Reno can enjoy his “fur-ever” home as soon as possible.
