Hi everyone, we are fund raising for the charities that helped and supported Finlay throughout his life. Finlay was a cheeky 16 year old boy who had the condition Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, but he never let this affect how much of a happy person he was. He loved going to watch Nottingham Forest and Cricket at Trent Bridge with family, making sure to complain with Grandad on the way there. Wherever he went he always left a smile on everyone’s faces, using his one liners.  We found out he had Scoliosis and that he needed the surgery as it would improve his quality of life. That date came on Thursday 2nd March 2023, he had the scoliosis surgery that went really well, unfortunately he then passed away from other complications that arose after surgery, in the early hours of Friday 10th March 2023.
