My uncle, Dwayne Sams, courageously battled cancer for 18 months. One is not given much hope when diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, but we hoped, prayed, and fought until the end. He passed away this morning, February 16, 2018, at the age of 59. We are grateful that he is no longer in pain, and that he gets to be reunited with loved ones in heaven- including my dad (his identical twin), his father, and his infant daughter.

He leaves behind his dear & faithful wife Judy, four children, two brothers, and his sweet elderly mom, along with many other family and friends.

Now the family needs to make funeral arrangements. While the details aren't set yet, one thing I know they need is money. 18 months of cancer treatments (many of those without health insurance) were hard financially, and I'd love to take this burden off of his wife.
