Relocating to DC for the Spring Semester

In August 2020, a week before students were supposed to move onto campus, Howard University announced their decision to move to a completely remote learning style and postpone the opening of on-campus resident housing.
I spent my first fall semester as a full-time, virtual college student here in Augusta, GA. Despite the disappointing announcement and many challenges throughout the semester, I have achieved a 4.0! Although I was able to excel here in my hometown, I know that is time for me to venture out and continue my journey. 
My projected move-in date is January 30, 2021 in order to be settled in before the Spring Semester becomes too hectic. Your contribution will mainly serve as a housing cost supplement, as the cost of living in Washington DC is high. Any amount is greatly appreciated!
