Relief Fund for BBF (Bozu/Samurai Mama/Papa/Momo)

Donación protegida
Since opening Bozu  in Williamsburg 15 years ago, the Brooklyn Ball Factory group has grown to include Samurai Mama , Samurai Papa  (2 locations), Momo Sushi Shack , Brooklyn Ball Factory ~the cafe~ , and Brooklyn Ball Factory~the catering/bento division~ .

We are 100% certain that without the hardworking, committed employees at every step of the way, we would not have been able to get to where we are today.

Like most of our peers in the industry, we had to close our dine-in service indefinitely in response to COVID-19. We're serving the community with delivery while the situation permits, but the truth is that the majority of our employees are now out of work. Similar cuts are taking place throughout our economy, but the restaurant industry and its 15 million person workforce are particularly vulnerable: leaders in the field project that under current conditions, many of the places you love will not be back once this crisis subsides.

With the fund, 100% of proceeds will go directly to the staff  to help make up for part of their lost income.

We’re all navigating uncharted territory right now, so we cannot tell you how much we appreciate your consideration. And we can’t wait to serve you again, with smiles and "Irasshaimase!" & "Arigato-gozaimasu".

With deep gratitude,
Makoto Suzuki
