Refugee Family Hit by COVID-19 Needs Your Help!

A young family of three - a husband, wife and their adorable toddler - forced to flee from their home  in Latin America because of political violence desperately needs your help!

Afraid for their lives if they were returned home, they've applied for asylum status. Their application is pending, and they have been granted work permits.

While they work to improve their English fluency and study for licensing exams so they can practice their professions here, they're also working to make ends meet. 

The father had just started a job with a modest hourly wage to support the family when he got sick. He tested positive for COVID-19 and is slowly recovering from a severe case.   

The mother has just started to show symptoms of the disease herself.

While they're house-sitting now, they will need to find their own place in several months. 

This fundraiser is help them to get their own apartment and live independently.
