Recovering from Surgery, Facing Financial Woes

2025 has been a rough one for so many this year. I've missed work due to illness and doctor's appointments. With PTO that always seems zero. Finally got a few providers to help after 10 years of failing everything. I had an ENT surgery on March 4th. Fingers crossed on getting everything straight and finally not missing work. Just looking for a little help if possible as I try to get everything in order.

If you know me I hate asking for help but it's not only about me anymore.
