Help South Trelawny, Jamaica Recover from Hurricane Melissa

My name is Garicia , and I am a Jamaican currently living in Georgia. I’m reaching out for help for my community in South Trelawny Jamaica, which was devastated by Category 5 Hurricane Melissa on Tuesday, October 28.

Many families, including my parents, have lost everything, and over 80% of residents are now without a home. The 2026 hurricane season is fast approaching in less than a month and people are still without a roof or basic necessities and is inneed of your help.

Your donation, no matter the amount, can make a real difference. The funds raised will go primarily toward purchasing roofing materials to help provide temporary shelter for those left homeless.

Our goal is $4000, which is only a start, but every contribution brings us closer to rebuilding our community and giving families hope again.

Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity, and prayers for Jamaica’s recovery.
