Rally together to support Emanuela’s major cervical surgery

We are trying to raise funds, urgently, to allow Emanuela to have vital cervical surgery to try and improve her condition and quality of life.

23 years ago, Emanuela was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Years of constant pain and a cascade of health issues following have continued to impacted every aspect of her life.

I've witnessed first hand the toll this condition has taken on Emanuela over the years. Simple tasks have become monumental challenges, but she’s continued to try to live a normal life, often doing more than her body can handle.

Her passion for life has been eclipsed by constant pain, numbness in her arms and face due to deterioration. Emanuela’s ability to enjoy daily activities has significantly declined, and her ability to be an active participant in her family's life is in jeopardy.

This surgery isn't just a desire; it's a necessity for Emanuela’s future. However, the financial burden is beyond daunting. It is a 8 hour surgery and she will be hospitalized for a few months, unable to work and requiring care afterwards. Complete recovery will take at least year, with extensive physical rehabilitation throughout the coming year as well as other surgeries.
