Help us raise funds for Renee in support of her fight against breast cancer.
Renee was initially diagnosed on Aug. 8th with stage I breast cancer. Within a matter of weeks that diagnosis dramatically changed. Doctors confirmed that the cancer had spread and Renee went from stage I to stage IV, now battling metastatic breast cancer. There is no known cure for metastatic breast cancer, only treatment designed to mitigate progression and manage time.
As you can imagine, it’s incredibly hard to come to terms with this diagnosis. The last few weeks have been a roller coaster, chalked full of tests and plans for treatment. Renee is currently undergoing weekly rounds of chemo therapy and will require radiation therapy in the very near future.
