Noddfa Bach has contributed hundreds of pounds to the transport, boarding and subsequent vet care of some of the Snowdon Dogs.
Eric was at Snowdonia for several years. He was covered in bald patches and scabs due to mites.
Eric is just one of the dogs we're supporting and we're pleased to say he is healing really well and loving life in a safe, clean and happy environment.
We currently support the boarding fees, vet care and rehabilitation of several dogs. It is vitally important that we raise the funds for land to establish our own sanctuary.

Our Purposes:

Did you know that during the pandemic an extra 3 million dogs entered British households?
Through no fault of their own a great many of these dogs have ended up in rescues and sanctuaries. Most sanctuaries and rescues across the UK are at capacity with long waiting lists of dogs in desperate need of a furever home.
It is estimated that 20,000 dogs are destroyed in Britain every year
We want to help and be a lifeline for those dogs that would otherwise be destroyed.
By working with trusted partners within the Animal Rescue & Welfare community we can identify dogs that are in crisis and in immediate need of our help.
A new sanctuary will help take some of the pressure off the amazing people that work so hard to save so many.
It will also help fill the void left by the closing of several neglectful & abusive sanctuaries in recent years.
This is Jen
Jen was adopted by one of our amazing volunteers from an 'unsafe sanctuary'. Sadly, due to the neglect and lack of vet care at her sanctuary, little Jen has been left completely & permanently deaf by a treatable ear infection
Jen's story is just one of the many cases that inspired the creation of Noddfa Bach.
This cruelty has to stop!
At the heart of everything we do are the 5 Freedoms of Animal Welfare:
Freedom from hunger & thirst
Freedom from discomfort
Freedom from pain, injury & disease
Freedom to express normal behaviour
Freedom from fear & distress
We have identified a beautiful piece of land that would be perfect for our new 'No-Kill' Sanctuary. Where we eventually aim to have 50 kennels, paddocks, agility course, grooming rooms and a conservation area for local wildlife, flora & fauna.
We have been so blessed with all the amazing support and already have a KC registered dog trainer that has offered her services. ❤️❤️
We are keen to get building ASAP and need your help do that.

Every penny will help us help animals
Our team has been very productive. We have been attending car boot sales & craft fairs to help raise funds and awareness.
We will be launching a craft page on our website later this week
All items have been handmade by local crafts people and donated to Noddfa Bach 100% of any sales go directly to our little charity.
1st April 2024
We have spent under £500 of the money raised. This money went on setting up the charity; website, admin & the promotion of the Snowdon Dogs.
1st May 2024
Noddfa Bach will publish our monthly accounts on our website so that you can all see where every penny of you generous donations have gone.
