Help Veronica Rebuild After Devastating Fire

Veronica has lived in her family home her entire life - a place filled with love, memories, and resilience. But everything changed in an instant when a lightning strike, during a summer thunderstorm, sparked a devastating fire, destroying the home and leaving Veronica and her three adult children without a place to live.

The family lost everything in the fire - clothing, furniture, and almost every possession they owned. To make matters even more heartbreaking, the house was uninsured and already in foreclosure. Now they are facing the unimaginable: the loss of their lifelong home and all that was inside, with no safety net to fall back on.

Veronica has already endured more than most. Years ago, she selflessly donated a kidney to her husband - only to lose him during the transplant. Not long after, she lost her mother. Despite these losses, Veronica remained strong and deeply devoted to her family and the many animals she lovingly cared for.

She shared her home with 6 dogs, 3 cats, a rabbit, and a hamster. Sadly, 2 of the cats did not survive the fire. The emotional toll of this loss is profound.
