Family and friends. We know that death is so unexpected & inevitable. Unfortunately, some of us aren't prepared for this tragedy. I'm coming to you on behalf of my cousin Kimberly Carter-Smalls(mother) & John Terrell (father) pleading with you to please find a place in your heart to help donate to them to lay their intelligent, loving, and caring, baby boy to rest properly.

Unfortunately, time was not on their side, this tragedy happened so suddenly, and they're in great need of our help.

On Tuesday Nov 14, officers responded to reports of a shooting in triangle,Va Qutrail Raynard Smalls, 26, of Alexandria, Virginia, suffering from gunshot wounds, He was transported to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Qutrail leaves to cherish, 1 and only daughter,his loving mother , father, 2 older brother, 3 younger sisters. No mother should have to bury their child, nor have to worry about how he/she will be laid to rest.
