We’re raising money to install junior football goals in Queens Park so local children and families can enjoy a proper, safe kickabout.

Thanks to the generosity of our community we already have £500 from the Taverners cricket club and £500 from our local councillors — that’s £1,000 pledged already. We now need a final £1,000 to buy the goals themselves.

The local council have confirmed they will install the goals in the park as soon as we have the funds. Your donation — big or small — will directly fund the goals and help give local kids a free place to play football for years to come.
