Help Kris fight cancer

Hi I’m Ashley. This is definitely something I never wanted to do but someone very important to me needs our help. When someone this special is fighting for their life you will do anything. So here I am, asking for donations on behalf of one amazing woman, Kris Mooney. In early march Kris was life flighted to STL with signs of a possible stroke, after a multitude of tests she was eventually diagnosed with a stage 4 glioblastoma. Kris has already undergone brain surgery to try and reduce the tumor and will hopefully be starting chemotherapy and radiation this week. We have a long road ahead of us and as we all know insurance only covers so much. While her family and friends are fighting along side her I want to try and relieve some financial stress for them. Now that you know why we’re here I want you to know about the woman your donation will help. I’ve known Kris for 30 years and Kris is an original. She gave me my love of horses and helped shape me into the woman I am today and will forever be grateful to her. Those who know Kris love her, She would literally give you the shirt off of her back if you needed it (seriously I’ve seen her do it). Her quick sense of humor is legendary and her smile completely infectious. Her love of all animals from porcupines to her show horses is unmatched, nothing but the best for all of them. If anyone is truly deserving of help its her, she’s helped so many people over the years and I hope we can show her just a small fraction of the love she’s shown us. 100% of the money raised will go directly to Kris’s mother Karen to help pay for her medical expenses.
