Meet Raphael Xavier Kowal, always a smile on his face and a kind thought bubbling under the surface. His life ended tragically on September 30, 2018, but will live on with the God he served so faithfully on the altar. His family is bereft of his presence, Mom and Dad ( Barb and Andy); brothers, John, Peter, Paul and Matthew; sister, Sarah.
