Rob’s Liver Transplant

Rob Giles received the most precious of gifts on February 19, 2024. The gift of life. Rob’s doing well so far but it’s a long road to recovery ahead.

In his teenage years, Rob developed Ulcerative Colitis which eventually led to his liver disease. Twenty two years ago he received his first liver transplant and on February 19th of this year he received his second transplant, both taking place at Cleveland Clinic.

Upon his discharge from the hospital, Rob will need to stay within an hour’s drive of Cleveland Clinic for up to eight weeks.

This life journey that Rob is on is one that is physically as well as financially draining. Rob is, and always has been, someone who gives to others without thought, displays great determination in the face of adversity and shows his love for friends and family freely. If you are able to give even a small amount towards medical expenses and accommodations for both Rob and his family members to visit and care for him, it would be so very appreciated.
