Erin Strong

Erin was diagnosed with Breast Cancer on August 29th, 2019. On September 20 her doctors informed her that due to the extent of lymph node involvement, her cancer was stage 4. Erin will begin five months of chemotherapy on October 8, 2019. Despite the seriousness of her diagnosis and long road of treatment ahead, she has an excellent prognosis. 

As Erin’s friends, family, and community members we are all eager to support the Weiss family in any way we can. A meal train has been organized, lots of families have stepped up to help with taking care of the boys, and many of us are standing by ready to help with any needs as they pop up.

We all know that medical insurance doesn’t cover all the costs of such a long and involved treatment process. Beyond the actual medical costs are gas, hospital parking, meals away from home, and lots of other small expenses that add up over months of focusing on healing Erin. Helping the family in this way will go a long way towards lifting just a small bit of the stress they are enduring right now.
