In order for GoFundMe to release and transfer the funds of our campaign the following update is required.
My name is Virginia Calcano and I live in Miami, Florida, USA. I started this campaign for my father-in-law who lives in Venezuela and as all of you know it is impossible to have access to any type of medical treatment due to the lack of equipment and medicines caused by the current dictatorship in the country which is even denying access to a humanitarian channel.
Fortunately and blessed, someone donated the pacemaker but still money is needed to pay for the operation, follow up visits and purchase of medicines. The funds will be used to pay a private doctor who agreed to do the medical procedure and follow up visits as long as we agreed to deliver the funds to him in 4 weeks (due this Friday Nov. 30, 2018) and also to buy medicines.
The funds should be transferred to my account in the US so that I can transfer them or convert them to pay all the outstanding bills Venezuela.
We thank you all for the support and love thru donations and by sharing the campaign with other people as well.
