Beau's Cancer Journey

I'll just come right out and say that cancer sucks bad.

It's exhausting to battle. It's draining mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. And it's expensive as heck to fight.

So while it's hard for us to come to a crowdfunding source for funds, a totally different part of us is telling us to set our pride aside and ask for help because it's truly needed. There have been so many wonderful friends and family who've asked how they can best support us monetarily during this time and I've kept putting this off.

However, with Beau out of work for the foreseeable future, we'd be lying if we said we weren't afraid to see his final bill for treatment, surgery and medical expenses. As it stands now, it looks like $10,000 will barely scratch the surface but we're resilient. And proud. And stubborn. And want to do as much of this as we can, all on our own.

So instead of pretending like it'll be an easy road, here's a place where you can donate your hard earned coins to the life-saving procedures and medications Beau is going to receive over the next 6-8 months.
