Recovery Fund for Putnam Family

The Putnam's trailer/home burned down on Friday, January 7. They've lost everything. Your contribution will help them get through this distressing time.

 

On Frid, Jan 7, Rob Putnam (dad) had just been picked up by his family from PeaceHealth hospital in Vancouver, WA. As they were driving home, their neighbor called and told them that their trailer was on fire. The fire department had been called. Upon arrival to their trailer in Woodland, they found the trailer was beyond rescue.

 

Rob had a severe case of bronchitis for several weeks. This turned into pneumonia. He was taken to the ER and had been at PeaceHealth hospital for a week. He was on the way home when they received the call about their trailer. Kim, his wife, is immunocompromised and has health complications.

 

They are not able to work. Rob wants to return to work but cannot physically work at this moment.

 

FYI - Micah (son, 15) and Lenora (daughter, 12) have trained with Sifu Mark Moy since they were 5 years old. Micah is testing for Student Black belt this month. Lenora is testing for Blue belt. Both kids have earned their Red Belts in the Youth Program. Red belt is the highest rank available in the Youth Program.

 

At this time, they are staying in a motel. With the help of their church and friends, they've purchased some clothing and toiletries. They're in contact with the Red Cross.
