Pubbelly Sushi Match-a-Meal Program
Whether it’s dinner with friends or sharing a special celebration with family, food nurtures the soul. As a restaurant group that has served the South Florida community over the past 8 years, Pubbelly Sushi is grateful to have had the opportunity to share meaningful experiences with our community. While the past few weeks have been difficult, we have received an incredible amount of support from locals; showing up to purchase gift cards, buying merchandise and ordering delivery and pickup directly from us whenever possible.
Now it’s our turn to support our community the best way we know how, with a little #PubbellyLove. Through our #PubbellyLove Match-a-Meal program, we will support our frontline heroes, those working tirelessly to restore us back to “normal.” For every $12 raised, Pubbelly Sushi will provide a meal to a frontline hero; and as our thanks, we will show a little #PubbellyLove and match this meal by donating a second.
Today’s climate has changed the way that people think about breaking bread, and we are being asked to embrace a virtual table where dining-in is the new dining out. COVID-19 has done the unthinkable to our business and to small businesses across every corner of our society. We have had to navigate this pandemic in the best way we know how – by supporting our team and making sure we keep our staff employed. While we continue to adhere to government-mandated guidelines, we are grateful to have settled into this new (and hopefully temporary) business model. We know it is only with the help of our community that our four local restaurants are still open for pickup and delivery, and we are looking forward to giving back to those who are at the frontline of the battle.
With your help, we have successfully delivered meals to Jackson Memorial, Coral Gables Hospital, UM Hospital, Memorial Regional Hospital, Mt. Sinai Miami Beach ICU, Memorial Regional Hospital and Mt. Sinai Miami Beach. We are in this together, so please help us continue to spread the #PubbellyLove. And thank you, Miami – a real genuine thank you.
