Lets help Karen to kick cancer for good!

Karen is a 34 year old mum who was diagnosed with appendix cancer August 2017. Karen underwent 6 rounds of chemo before major surgery with hot chemo to remove the cancer then another 6 rounds of chemo which finished July 2018.
Karen had complications of bowel blockages and was diagnosed with cancer October 2018.
Karen had surgery in November 2018 and got home to her 7 year old just before Christmas cancer free she thought.
Once again at the end of January 2019 Karen was rediagnosed again with cancer and is still currently in hospital.
Karen has a fear of hospital so her mum or dad, although no longer married are working together to take turns to stay with her 24/7 which is financially difficult as both work and are taking time off to care for her.
When Karen gets home to her 7 year old, she will need continued 24/7 care which her mum and dad will continue to do.
It is hopeful that Karen will get well enough to have chemo which will now be done in the private hospital so that she can continue to have the same oncologist as previous chemo was part of a trial. This treatment will cost $550 each hospital visit and another $150 for the oncologist.
Karen will need to continue to have chemo followed by surgery each time as the chemo will slow down her cancer not cure her.
Karen would like to also try alternate treatments all of which are costly.
It is Karen's hope to be around to watch her beautiful 7 year old grow up. She would also like to be able to afford special moments and mini holidays so if by chance things don't go to plan, then there will always be happy memories to get her through.
