Donation protected
We are so excited that we have secured planning permission on the 14th August 2025
We have raised £7,417 in donations and completed over £27,000 of specialist consultation work Pro-bono from community donations so far.
Now we need to concentrate of raising funds or community pledges to help build the bike park.
We are ambitious to try and open this next summer and have a phased programme to try and achieve this.
The first phase will cost us around £18,000 in labour and materials if it’s all to be paid for… however if you can help with any of this it will cost less.
Phase 1 will be creating the access to the bike park to allow us to construct the trails.

About the project
We are going to create a community bike park in Richmond, North Yorkshire.
The park will encourage outdoor activities and community participation and benefit many age groups and families in the area.
