Project Marley - Help Joe finish his dream...

Joe bought an old splitie camper and started restoring it a few years back. His dream is to enjoy days at the beach and camping trips with his wife Paula and the kids. Joe worked on “Marley” in his garage after work and at the weekends and made an amazing start.
Unfortunately, last year, Joe suffered horrific seizures at work and after a lot of scans and tests as well as two surgeries, the family finally received news in December 2021 that Joe had an inoperable aggressive brain tumour with an extremely poor prognosis.
Joe has undergone much chemotherapy and radiotherapy and due more chemotherapy at the start of February to try and help him as much as possible.
The objective is to complete Joe’s van “Marley” so the family can get out and enjoy some really special time together. The team at Nutjob and other great helpers have taken this project on without charge but there is still a lot to do to make Joe’s dream a reality. Contributions towards some labour and the cost of many special parts will cost a lot and the target of £999 will only go a small way towards the overall cost.
When Marley is finished it will also be a valuable asset to Joe’s family which will be very important in this uncertain future.
Completing the project quickly is also key to help Joe realise his dream and get to the beach…
If funding goes beyond the cost of completing Marley, all remaining monies will of course go to the family in these very difficult times.

With a great head start from Paula and Joe’s two children, Nutjob has already collected Marley, along with all the parts and bought him back to Brighton.
We plan to get Marley turned round in super fast time. Joe has done such a good job allready that it’s all very achievable… picnics at the beach is the next plan. If you think you can help, please any donation appreciated.
