This time last year my co-workers husband spent his Christmas in the hospital battling his fight against cancer and was doing well. As he celebrated Christmas this year with his wife and daughter he was told 2 days after Christmas that his cancer was back. He needed to fly to Oahu to start chemo right away. Once his treatments are done, he will need to fly to Seattle for a bone marrow transplant of which we hope and pray that we can find a match right away. That being said, the family will need financial help to raise funds to help with medical expenses as well as travel expenses. I'm reaching out to all my friends and family to help support the Hookano family as they go through this difficult ordeal again.
