As my birthday approaches, I am asking for my very best birthday wish.  This wish is to help the people I love.  My sister Missy and husband George are armed and ready to fight  the hardest battle.   Unfortunately, George was recently diagnosed with Stage II pancreatic cancer.  He has already been out of work ill for over a month, and is expected at best to be out until November.  They face a very aggressive treatment approach and of course this comes a loss of income,  unbearable expenses, and of course some really hard days.   Please help me help them!!!  Every dollar helps.  He’s got this!
