Prayers for Dad: ICU Battle with High Ammonia

I wasn’t going to do this; as i dont want everyone to know whats going on in my life...but I think we need a prayer trend for this specific situation. My father has been dealing with numerous situations with his health for over a year now. In and out of the hospital, urgent care, kidney failure, cirrhosis of the liver, appointments, blood work, CT scans, MRI’s, ammonia levels above 245 and so much more. This morning at 1am Ben and I get a call from my mom regarding my dad; he was unconscious, lethargic, eyes rolling in the back of his head. Non responsive. Greenfield ambulance and fire rushed to their house in an emergency to help him and keep him alive. My mom Facetimed me while we rushed out the door to head to their house! EMT’s were all there; she showed me my dad laying there on the bed non responsive was not what I ever wanted to see. I thought this was the last morning/day with him. We rushed over to their house with the thought he was still in the house. By the time we got to my parents; he was already in the ambulance and being taken care of. Iv sedated and breathing tube was placed. My dad is now at Froedert hospital in ICU, will be sedated for a few more days while they try and get his ammonia levels down. Ammonia levels are at 582 right now and not going down yet. Went and visited him this morning; was scared, cried and had to keep calm as he wanted to sit up and was straped down so he didnt pull his tube out. He heard my voice and my moms, and knew we were there. Brain waves are looking great as of right now. If the doctors can’t get ammonia levels down; we will have to discuss further with options. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PRAY for my dad!

*I don’t ask much for help or prayers when it comes to my family. We’ve been through a lot but man this is VERY HARD ON ME & OUR FAMILY*
