Please help!! Sadie needs EMERGENCY Surgery

Hi my name is Cindy Girard, I have started this "GO Fund Me" to help aide in and lessen the burden of Sadie's Emergency Vet costs. We are residents of Belchertown, Ma and both my husband and I are local First Responders (Firefighter/Paramedic/EMT).  Sadie is our loving, energetic and sweet 7 year old canine baby. Last night around 9:30 pm Sadie snuck out from the fenced in backyard on Chauncey Walker St (Rt 21) in Belchertown. Despite the efforts from bystanders and myself we were unable to catch her before she was struck (HIT & RUN by a white Escalade CT plates). We immediately brought Sadie to the South Deerfield Emergency Vet where she is currently STABLE and awaiting surgery for the amputation of her left front leg. Luckly Sadie only suffered 1 injury, but the fracture in a complete break right above her left knee, which cannot be corrected (Pictures of Sadie and her x-rays will be added in "updates" Sadie's ER cost are estimated at $4,200 with an additional $6,000 for her amputation, TOTALLING approximately $8,200. We have already applied for the financial Emergency loans available, but we did not get approved for the entire amount. Sadie has alot of life left in her and we do not want to put her "down" just because we can't afford the amputation...That would absolutely break us!
