My name is Pyro Sarna, I'm 15, and I have severe Anxiety, ADHD and Depression. I am trying to raise money so I can get a psychiatric service dog. I believe that this dog would help me because it would assist me in staying calm and help stop/lessen my chances of a panic or anxiety attack. Although my disabilities might not be visible, they're still very much there and affect my day to day life. I'm at the point where its hard to do basic day to day tasks and function because of how anxious I am and I believe that the service dog would help me complete these tasks.

I've been researching service dogs for awhile and I believe that they would help me a lot. Unfortunately, my family cannot afford a service dog. I've come to the conclusion that the breed of dog that would suit me best is around $2500 and specific training for my disabilities is $4000 or more. I would really appreciate any amount of money you could contribute towards my cause. Thank you for considering me.
