Please help our beloved Carmen!

Fight the good fight of faith! Our beloved Pastor Carmen J. Panaro of Truth and Love in Christ Church in Buffalo, New York is fighting lung cancer.  In the Fall of 2014 Pastor Carmen was diagnosed with non-small cell squamous lung cancer and started chemotherapy for six months.  After the first round of chemo the margins were clear, and he was cancer free.  After routine checkups for the next eighteen months things were looking good.  In the Fall of 2016 the cancer returned to a small area of his lung and the doctors removed a portion of his lung in January of 2017, and was once again deemed cancer free.  After a six-month checkup Pastor Carmen developed cancerous activity in his trachea and is currently undergoing intense chemotherapy and radiation.  The doctors are confident that this intense six-week treatment can move the cancer into remission. 

Carmen has touched countless lives and is a true servant and friend to SO many! Once you've met him, you realize he's unlike anyone you've ever met before, and your life becomes better for knowing him. He has served tirelessly and faithfully to the congregation at TLC Church, and to so many others outside of that church...the circle of those he's had an impact on grows larger by the day.

Although Carmen & Debbie have medical insurance, the co-pays alone are extremely costly due to the nature of the aggressive cancer treatments Carmen is currently undergoing.  Anyone who knows Carm & Deb know that they would never ask for help; instead they continue to help others despite their very trying situation; so we are doing this as a surprise blessing to them.
