Please help my sister Brandi Diaz Deleon

Update: Brandi was moved to another city where she was able to receive the necessary surgery on Thanksgiving afternoon. She and Jesse will be unable to leave Mexico for at least another week. Their costs have been considerably lowered from the original estimate because the new hospital was more insurance friendly; however, they still have considerable costs with hospital, extended hotel, food, medication,  car rental, and return travel. Any assistance that you feel you can provide will be heartfelt by the entire family as we try to get Brandi home. Please continue praying; prayers are always appreciated.

Original post: My sister, Brandi Diaz Deleon was vacationing in Cancun with her family for the Thanksgiving holiday when she fell and broke her hip. Although she has insurance, the hospital in Mexico requires a $55,000 payment upfront before they will do the necessary surgery. The kids will be returning home Thursday, but Jesse will stay in Mexico with Brandi until she can return home. We will appreciate any help that you can give so that Brandi can get home safely and recover with her family.
