Please help me pay my Dojo's backrent

Hello. My name is David Walker. I own an academy and teach martial arts and self-defense to the adults and children in my community. Five years ago, I had an opportunity to purchased the Self-Defense school/business I had trained at for several years and reformed it into Krav Maga Rockford. My goal was to continue doing what I loved, and to share that passion with the people and their kids in the Rockford area. Since assuming ownership of the business, I take great pride in how my Staff and I were able to completely reverse the direction of the school and turn it into a positive Organization with a good reputation in the community.

With the COVID pandemic seriously effecting my type of business, I've not been able to make full rent payments. As of June 30th, I am at the end of my lease and have no space for my students; with the amount of back-rent due by July 13th, I'll not be able to finish off my lease payments AND move the business to another location to continue teaching my students.

The amount I'm asking for will go directly into paying off the April, May and June rent as well as fund the move of the school to a better location.
I've received SO MUCH support from SO MANY people the last several months... It's helped me mentally and emotionally, and has reinforced the Truth that the classes and environment I'm able to provide are important to the growth, confidence, health and spirit of our community.

100% of the  monies received will go towards keeping my school Krav Maga Rockford an active part of my Rockford community.
