Please help Guy Boisjoli and his Family

Please allow me to introduce you to my family. From left to right: me, my name is Barbara, Zach (12), my husband Guy, and Jayme (13). This page is for my husband who was recently diagnosed with liver disease.
A lot has happened in the six weeks since we were told of Guy's condition. He went from functioning as normal to being hospitalized in a matter of four weeks. While he fights in the hospital waiting for a liver transplant, I am at home fighting for him, fighting for our family.
Guy will likely be in the hospital until the transplant and then he will need six to nine months to recover from the surgery. I will need to be available to care for Guy, full-time, for at least three months once he has been discharged from the hospital. We do not have benefits that will enable us to afford our existing expenses, never mind the new ones.
Our need is immediate, long term, and urgent. These expenses include transportation back and forth to the hospital now and during Guy's outpatient treatment, medical equipment to monitor his vitals during recovery, medications, rent, day-to-day living expenses, and much, much more.
They say it takes a village to raise a child. What they don't say is that it takes a city to help a family in need. I thank you, my family thanks you, from the bottom of our hearts for any donation, big or small, that you are able to make to help our family get through this incredibly difficult time.

Barb leaned over to tell him that mom was leaving and he opened his eyes, looked right at me and opened his arms for a hug. I held him and rubbed his head and he said 'I love you.'
