SR fire displaced Marine veteran

Please help displaced Marine Veteran Jimmy Wood who lost his home in the Santa Rosa Tubbs fire on Sunday night. He had just gotten back into the state and was driving home from SFO when he heard the news of the fire spreading through our city. His first priorities were not himself or any of his belongings. He said to me, "I'm on my way home and then I'm going out to see where I can help people." Even as his own home and neighborhood burned, he was knocking on doors and trying his best to save his community. I will never forget the quiver in his voice as he ran up my driveway after driving from the Coffey Park area to ask me if I needed help loading my family in the car, as we were frantically evacuating, with no regard for his own safety. I will never forget that as long as I live.
I'm asking for funds to help him replace important things that make his life a little brighter. He is an aspiring photographer and lost some of his new equipment, lenses, filters, etc..
Also, his little kitty Momo managed to survive but with very severe injuries that will have very long term monetary costs. Every little bit helps and is so very appreciated.
Thank you so very much and God bless!
