A place to remember Phil

Donation protected
I'm Ella and I'm Phil's sister. Me and Phil both moved to Sheffield within months of each other about fifteen years ago and instantly loved here. We'd often go to the parks here to sit and have a few drinks and put the world to rights, so we're getting a bench for him in Cemetery Park.

A place where any of us can go to sit and remember Phil.

Phil died on 6th October 2018, aged 32, and his sudden death changed the lives of his family and friends forever. We all miss him so much and wanted to have a place for him in Sheffield, a city he loved.

Me and my mum have been trying to get a bench for a while and wanted it to be in a location that Phil would have liked and would actually have gone to. We settled on Cemetery Park and have been waiting over a year for them to finish their big renovations so the time is finally getting close!

We will have a bench in a lovely spot in the park with a plaque that says something profound and meaningful for Phil. A place any of us can go to and feel closer to him and remember what he meant to each of us.

Although we've been saving up to do this for Phil the cost of the bench is almost £1,300 - which we just don't have! It would be amazing if those who knew Phil were able to help us do this for him by giving a donation of anything you can spare.
