On the afternoon of 29 June Air Force TSgt Sean Cawley and his family were traveling locally in San Antonio, TX when they were hit head on by a speeding vehicle. TSgt Cawley and his family sustained major injuries and he ended having to perform CPR on his 3 year old son Peyton. Unfortunately Peyton did not survive his injuries and passed a few days later.
Peyton was an energetic, caring, loving, good natured, smart and funny three year old. He loved any type of water - sink, tub or pool he was able to splash around. Peyton was a tiny tornado, due to his constant moving and ability to make any room a disaster in a matter of mere moments. He was always trying to help out at home and school, no matter the activity. He wanted to be involved in all of the household chores- laundry, vacuuming, and raking were some of his favorites. He was an amazing big brother to his sister Vivienne. Peyton was critically injured while driving to swim class with his family by a reckless individual that hit them head on at a high rate of speed. Peyton’s condition worsened at the hospital and he passed away due to his injuries. His last act of kindness was donating his organs and giving the gift of life to children in need.
