The family of Peter Pastorelli is looking to raise money to assist him with the cost of going to a hospice facility due to the progression of this disease.

Peter was diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer over a year and a half ago. During that time, he has been treated with chemotherapy and radiation at Norwalk Hospital. These treatments have no longer been effective for him. He was able to manage his own care up until a few months ago when he began to experience extreme fatigue and weakness. He was determined to stay at home as long as possible, but now understands that he needs full-time care.

He has chosen the Regional Hospice & Home Care Center for Comfort Care & Healing in Danbury to stay close to his family. For Pete to be admitted to this facility within the week, he will need some to assistance to support him with the initial admission.

Peter has been a tremendous friend to so many. His wit, humor and intelligence are defining characteristics of this incredibly generous man.
